Fathers Day at Incy Wincy

Hi all

Well it's Monday again and time for another challenge over at Incy Wincy Designs! This week was my turn to set the challenge and as Fathers Day is coming up here in the UK on 20th June I picked "one for the guys". Doesn't have to be for Fathers Day, it can just be for any male on any occasion so that should cover everyone haha! The best thing is there are just so many male/Fathers Day challenges around this week you can't go wrong joinin' in!

This week we are being sponsored by Shelley from One Stop Card Craftsts

WOW what a fab prize of:

PLUS 10% during the week of the challenge!!!!

The image I have used the Grandfather Clock image from Aspire To Thrive , don't forget when you purchase from them all the monies (excluding Paypal fees) go to worthwhile children's' charities!

I have distressed the paper and used Tim Holtz frayed burlap and antique linen. Images are a mixture of rubber stamps (Paper Artsy) and digi images.

I am entering the card into the following challenges:
Stampacular Sunday Challenge - A tribute to all Fathers
Magical Crafts fortnightly chalenge - Male/Fathers Day
Cards for Men - Fathers day
Crafts and Me - Friends and family
Tanda Teaser - For the Big Man
C.R.A.F.T. challenge - Fathers day/Mens cards
The Town Scrapper - Masculine/Fathers Day
Paper Cutz challenge - Fathers Day
Simple Doodles - Just 4 you Dad
Allsorts - Lace and/or buttons
Totally Gorjuss - Card for the boys

  5. Your clock theme reminds me of so many things - the time our father's give us throughout all our lives, the time and special moments that only we can know, the time dad's put aside something they really want to put the kids first...what a wonderful tribute! Thanks for sharing this with us at SSC this week!
    Hugs,

  7. Hi Sarah

You know I love vintage so this is right up my street, love eveything about it.

Just read your post below, hope you son is imporoving and also that all goes well for you. Had it done several times and in the end put my hands up at 37 and had a hystorectomy. Was actually the most sensible thing I ever did.

Thanks for sharing your card with us at Allsorts this week and shall watch out for news that you are on the mend.
